Sharbati Story -
Also known as the Sehore wheat, Sharbati wheat is one of India's premium varieties of wheat, grown in the drought-hit regions of Sehore in Madhya Pradesh. The soil in these regions is high in potash content and low in humidity, which adds up to more protein in Sharbati Wheat compared to other wheat varieties. Owing to lesser water content, the wheat/flour tends to be a little dry. And we suggest you add more water while kneading the dough to make softer Rotis/Chapati/Chapathi.
While being high in protein content, Sharbati Wheat curbs our carbohydrate intake naturally and also provides necessary dietary fiber.
